As far as I read I don't roll damage, it causes maximum damage- so 11
and "the victim must immediately make a Physical saving throw at a penalty equal to the attacker’s combat skill or they will be mortally wounded on the spot"

I'm not quite sure what my combat skill is- 2 for shoot? or 3 for being 3rd level?
