Background: Graham has been a low-to-mid level administrator, slowly working his way up in planetary government. His most recent appointment involved ship registrations, shipping-related business permits, manifest tracking, and policymaking in regards to shipping traffic. Graham routinely interfaces with planetary authorities regarding rules intended to slow illegal trafficking, and catch pirates and smugglers. As a result, Graham is well-versed in policies, procedures, and methods used to circumvent shipping authority. At the age of 48, and after an amicable divorce, Graham is feeling the itch of mid-life crisis, and thinks that now is the time to put his knowledge to use, and push the system for personal profit. He’s left his desk for adventure among the stars in pursuit of his bigger goal, to dominate the shipping lanes.
