| I will accept that plan. Though you will need to find the body. | |

| Fair enough, though as I've been promised one as part of the witch hunt, Ignatio will spend the rest of his spare time working on the modifications to the Centaur that we discussed earlier. Here's my proposal for that:
Crafting Proposal:
Item to be crafted: Modifications to Centaur (top hatches, removal of heavy stubber for more crew capacity) - Average
Difficulty: 0, similar to repairing a stone door.
Duration: 12 Days, similar to creating a custom set of armor. Interval 1 day. (https://orokos.com/roll/786616)
Parts are Common, Acquired automatically.

| So what checks will I need to do for the inspection and training? So the run down of the inspection would be like, uniform inspection / greetings and interviews. I would assume some combination of perception, charm, and intimidation checks, but not sure what you had planned for it.
Then the training checks would be a series of ballistic (like displaying ballistic abilities to drill and execution during sparring), intimidation, and charm checks?
And how all those turn out affects what I learn about the armsmen, my relationship to them broadly (intimidating, amicable, or apathetic,) and how much they learn from the training and sparring.

| Saelean: For an inspection, an awareness check. The training tests though would be mostly tied to command though. Attached tests (Bs, Ws) would just give boosts to the command checks. If you want, we can try to find an alt carreer path to fit with your SoB theme. Heath: I actually have a document prepared for navigation. You can consider that: 1-This is a stable route 2-You have good quality charts of these routes https://drive.google.com/open?id=1rDohMWYzzMvNhHXipPbsRt8qeq2I_Ve-Go through the doc, make the appropriate rolls for stage 1, and we can continue. | |

| Pirite:
For the mods you want to do, I will consider this a Challenging (+0) difficulty, with a duration of 6 days, and a time interval of 1 day. You roll at the end of each day, and each DoS reduce the time left by 1 day, or can be summed to improve craftsmanship ( 5 DoS for good, 15 DoS for best).
Oh, and its gonna take 3 days to reach the mandeville point.

| Ok, so I'm ruling that you get +5 to command roll for each of the DoS on the weapon checks. Which gives you a +35. So 52 vs 60 (1 DoF).
I'll rule that while your display was clearly impressive, with various members of the gallery making positive comments, pointing out interesting moves. Nonethless they dont find you particularly inspiring. You will likely need to prove yourself to lead them. (Write it up as you want).

| Does Alexium have any idea what this bird is on about? Does he know what Jaicro is or that these things usually "take on students"? | |

| Rolling out all 6 days of the Centaur modification, with various crew tech-priests assisting me. Trade: Armorer rolls for modifying the Centaur. Day 1: 8 under 56, 5 DoS (https://orokos.com/roll/788189) Crew Assist: 27 under 40, 2 DoS (https://orokos.com/roll/788193) Total DoS: 6 Day 2: 54 under 56, 1 DoS (https://orokos.com/roll/788191) Crew Assist: 29 under 40, 2 DoS (https://orokos.com/roll/788195) Total DoS: 9 Day 3: 89 over 56, 4 DoF, Setback, +1 day, -1 DoS (https://orokos.com/roll/788196) Crew Assist: 31 under 40, 1 DoS (https://orokos.com/roll/788197) Total DoS: 9, +1 day Day 4: 1 under 56, 6 DoS ( https://orokos.com/roll/788198)Crew Assist: 45 over 40, 1 DoF. (https://orokos.com/roll/788199) Total DoS: 16, Day 5: 71 over 56, 2 Dof (https://orokos.com/roll/788201) Crew Assist: 44 over 40, 1 DoF (https://orokos.com/roll/788202) Total DoS: 16 Day 6: 19 under 56, 4 DoS (https://orokos.com/roll/788205) Crew Assist: 18 under 40, 3 DoS (https://orokos.com/roll/788206) Total DoS 23 That's a lot of DoS. After spending one to drop the day 7 I earned because of the day 3 setback, that still leaves me with 22. So best quality definitely. Could I spend the extra 7 DoS on getting it set up to be hermetically sealed, or additional armor, or some other benefit? | |

+20 to the navigation roll for the stable route & pre-existing charts. That should give you 2 DoS
From your rolls: You believe that the Astronomican a is clear for this route. Your estimate for the duration is about a day in the warp to reach the dread passage, wehre the conditions force ships out of the warp.
I'll start working on this stuff to get you into the warp.

| Just as a note - Alexium, knowing that Sir Reginald Darkhorse can give advanced warning of Gellar Field Failure, will want a direct line to the Magos in his quarters - as well as a direct line to the Gellar Field Generator room. At least then we will have an efficient means of telling everyone to prepare to die terribly. | |

| For Alexium:
Roughly, you will be gaining a "secret" elite advance, where I will give you the possibility of learning new, jaicro themed talents and psychic abilities. These will be given as you advance in the story, and lean from the bird.

| So a couple of questions:
Are we in the Halo Zone? What does that mean exactly? And why does it cut off at the top end of the map? If not, what is the discolored area we're in?
System 32881 is one lightyear away, but we'd still have to get there through the warp, correct? Because getting there on sublight would obviously take more than a year.
Obviously travel so far has been ridiculously fast. Will travel times from here on out be more 'normal', or should we adjust our expectations for that?

| Psyniscience +10 <48; rolled 62/3 DoF https://orokos.com/roll/793638I keep forgetting that Psyniscience is Perception based and not WP. Fucks me every time. Gotta start boosting that Perception, I guess. EDIT: Astral Telepathy is either a fail or success depending on the distance. At +10 distance (+20 overall) it's 62 vs 89/4 DoS; at +0 distance it's 62 vs 79/3 DoS; at -10 distance, it's 62 vs 69/2 DoS, etc. | |

Numerous minds are psychically active, though three stand out as they are meditating, and are clearly in a more receptive state. The first mind feels old, but somewhat savage. It is a strong, disciplined mind and is clearly an experienced psyker. The second feels more immature but ordered. A person of straight lines, of faith, though of simple knowledge. The third is different. It is focusing on something else, using its powers, and you can see the spoor it leaves in the warp. Strange, wicked shapes shelter around the light of this creature's soul.

Obviously travel so far has been ridiculously fast. Will travel times from here on out be more 'normal', or should we adjust our expectations for that? 1: The halo zone is where the astronomicon starts to dissapear. In fact the astronomicon can dissapear in the zone. Beyond the zone, you reach the outer dark, where the lmavigation is very difficult and much more risky, though doable through standard methods of "blind navigation". 2: Yes, warp. I consider your best sub-light speed is about 0.1c 3: This will be more normal, yes. Though depending on what paths you chose, that will change; the warp has its own paths, much faster than normal, that typically connect lived-in systems due to the conceptual weight. Some systems will be astonishingly easy; others will take much longer.

If not, does he have an idea based on the previous interactions?

If not, does he have an idea based on the previous interactions? Not exactly. Though you are fairly sure none of the people you talked to had access to radio equipment. Could allow a psyniescence check to find them.

Also, for Lethia: The passage through the warp you found is a stable, accelerated route-allowing easy travel between the gate and this system. You have started on your map of the region in the warp!

Oh yeah, baby. Oh yeah. Ok, so the woman is on AE-32881 IV, which is relatively accessible in the outer sphere-maybe one day's travel. The old man is on AE 32881-I, which may pose some problems. Easily 2 weeks to get there, assuming flying so close to the sun isnt a problem for the ship.

| Ok Alexium,
From you psyniescence:
From glacia itself, you get the usual weft and weave of souls, but as you scan the planet you seem to communicate with something strange; you receive a shreak back and little else, the final fosilized scream of a long-dead soul (possibly millenia dead), found deep under one of the large and ancient hives doting the surface.
From the priestess, you get a faint reading, her mind too active to be receptive to any messages.

| OK cool. I'll bring that up when the audio button is "ON."
I don't quite understand that second part. Is the "Priestess" the Manutarch? If so, does a "faint reading" mean that Alexium senses she is psychically active but not actively paying attention because she is focused on dealing with Ignatio?
