Would is not have been cheaper to simply purchase "Infused Knowledge"?

It would've, but I wanted a PC who is very adept at knowing lots and lots of things. Infused knowledge also gives me an extra DoS on CL and SL tests. So it's still is useful to me. I still have 2k to spend that I did not know I had, I think all of that will go into stats of combat skills since I purchased all the non-combat skills I think I will need.

Time to get a wishlist going:
Im most;y wanting a lasweapon with more than average stopping power.
But, Im wanting a few upgrades as well, I see the most useful for me as a forearm mounting and red dot laser sight.

The weapons I wants the most are (in order):

Weapon
So a best quality hot shot las-gun, mounted on forearm and interfaced with your MUI. It has a red dot (+10 single shot). A motion tracker (+10 semi/full auto) and a targeter (reduces any penalties by 1 degree) via MUI. It can also have the compact quality without affecting its stats due to awesome mechaincus shenanigans. With compact it will fit more discreetly on your arm.

Armour
Mesh clothing is a thing in DH2, so what about best quality mesh mechanicus robes (AP4)? You might want to think of something heavier when going 'outside'?

Cybernetics can all be best quality.

Anything else? I'll scourer the books to have a look at what might suit you.

Do I have an MIU?

A void suit may be useful, but I would suspect if we have a ship or something it will have some stock.

There's an armored void-suit in rogue trader that I'm using myself. Could serve as a good "outside" armor for dangerous environments.
