NPCs

Tau

Shas'el Ke'lshan Elan'Eio'Kio; Tio've-Commander Strong Tree - **Favorable Disposition toward PCs**

Also known as El'Eio'Kio by his contemporaries and subordinates alike, Commander Strong Tree is a stoic and burly member of the Fire Caste upper hierarchy. As Shas'el, he was the supreme commander of the Hunter Cadre stationed at Tarokeen responsible for halting the last Imperial advance toward the city. He wears a customized suit of deep blue combat armor with a flowing white cloak to signify his rank. His left leg is a bulky (for Tau tech anyhow) combat-capable prosthetic. After a deadly retreat, the commander was captured by Space Marine forces looking to use him as leverage against the counter attacking tau forces. The PCs unknowingly stumbled onto a failed rescue attempt of the commander and succeeded in rescuing him. After his rescue, the PCs fought off the remaining Space Marines for as long as they could - each sustaining grievous injuries in the process. The last Marine died by El'eio'kio's hand and reinforcements arrived in time to save the PCs lives.Currently, he is the commanding officer of Reaper Task Force 6-6-6, the Shadow Wolves aboard the new generation frigate Monat.

Shas'vre Vior'la Anukla'esavon; Hero Hawk-Eye - **Favorable Disposition toward PCs**

First encountered holding off the oncoming Astartes and allowing the PCs to make their escape. He was later discovered injured next to his damaged battlesuit desperately fending off an attack from two Imperial Guard infantry squads. With the aid of the PCs, Hero Hawk-Eye was able to successfully defend his position and the combined Tau forces wiped out the enemy units. With the help fo Ta'ro, he was able to get his Crisis suit up and running again. He was last seen during the battle at the mining facility when Shas'ui Kanna called in his emergency support. Already inbound on the area under orders to hold it and cut off any retreating Imperial forces, Vre'esavon forced the surrender of the remaining Imperial forces. Unfortunately, even three Imperials surrendered, only one would survive the aftermath. His XV8-Crisis Suit is a command model with a Command and Controle Node, Burst Cannon, and Plasma Rifle set up. It is painted in hues of light blue and tan.

Fio'ui Fal'shia A'tila Kais - **Neutral Disposition toward the PCs**

The master of arms aboard the Monat, his name means "Skillful Little Father." He is something of an enigma. The rumor mill around the ship has it that he is a genius of some repute within the earth caste who was dishonored and exiled for reasons unknown. It is also said that El'Eio'Kio personally brought him aboard to serve as master of arms as pennance. Whether or not any of this is actually true remains to be seen. He has a fatherly temperment that lives up to his name. He tends to each team individually, ensuring that they have everything required to successfully complete their missions. He never grows impatient nor irritated. Instead, the air of a concerned parent seems to permeate from him.He is squat like most earth casters with a cybernetic arm very similar to Kanna's.  His face shows the burden of maturity and experience and he regards everyone as though they were old friends from behind large, kind eyes. But even as he regards each Reaper as a familiar ally, he treats the tools under his care as treasured loved ones.

Chief Medical Officer Ly'ara - **Neutral Disposition toward the PCs**

Ly'ara is a member of one of the more rare alien species under the umbrella of the Tau Empire, one of the enigmatic Nicassar. She, for lack of a better pronoun, is a large creature that floats rather than walks. Her face resembles a mix between a tentacled sea creature and a furry mammal. She is obviously psychic which the PCs found out immediately upon meeting her as she communicated telepathically.

Aloh'Anuk

Aloh'Anuk is the Monat's AI. It uses a soothing female voice when addressing the ship and can keep tabs on, and alert, anyone in the ship at anytime regardless of where they may be. It has also been programmed into a host of drones kept aboard the Reaper vessel.

Imperial

Gabrin 16661 - **Neutral Disposition toward the PCs**

Gabrin was one of three hereteks tasked with overseeing and maintaining the engines on the gue'la pirate vessel Canterbury. The PCs first encountered him and his compatriots after walking into a well-placed ambush. After a brutal fight, only Gabrin 16661 was left standing. Rather than fighting until the last breath, he was taken alive. He has been more than compliant since then for reasons unknown to the PCs. Perhaps he was eager to leave the employ of his former masters or perhaps he is interested in Tau technology. Whatever the cause, he is now in the custody of the Tau Empire and kept in the holding cells aboard the Monat.
