Harriet would like to check out the hanging limbs in greater detail- the human limbs, do they look like they come from cultists, or are they from members of her former crew, or some other limbs? Also how fresh do they seem? And if hanging limbs like that is typical of those who practice Daemonology/ Chaos, or pirate/torturers?

Would I need to roll multiple tests for this? Perhaps Forbidden lore and maybe scrutiny?

Well, I wasn't going to roll this, and I really prefer I didn't. Might have saved some of that luck.

Awareness test for ceiling mounted arms and legs
Per 33 -30 (environment) - 20 (untrained) = 1. Rolled a 2. So close to a natural 1. But I think that's still 2DOF

Nah, all good. Just me all whiny and whatnot. I wasn't going to roll on a -50, but a nat 1 is still a success. I get a nat 2, and now, according to the Theo law of dice rolling averages, every roll from here will be 70+.

0-5 is always a success, just as 95-00 is always a failure. Not sure if RAW, but it’s how we roll.

That's still pretty good mark. Where you got your 5 DoF is important as it will dictate where you eventually end up. I'll update when I can.

people who failed Agility will have to full move a number of rounds equal to your 5 DoF minus however many DoS you achieved before reaching your 5 DoF.

So if you had rolls like 4 DoF 2 DoS 8 DoF, you would take 4 - 2 = 2 full rounds of movement to catch up.

If Mark hasn't rolled by the end of the day, I will roll for him. I'd like everyone to know how many rounds it is going to take to reach Kanna/Ur'na before we go into this. Be on top of your shit and all that. I love you guys.

Still figuring out when/how to get away with updates at work. Naturally, I don't have my books with me and don't want to risk PDFs up on the screen... yet lol. So combat will be a bit more difficult for me. I am hoping to get the first round up this evening after work.

Essentially, it is just DoS cancelling out DoF. So it'll take you 2 rounds of full running to get there.

So, both Kanna and Ur'na can give me their actions. They are the only ones able to act other than run right now, so until others catch up initiative wont matter so much.

Here are our inits for reference:
Ur'na - 14
Arlene - 13 (At the fight on Round 3)
Kanna - 12
Ta'ro - 5 (At the fight on Round 3)
Harriet - 4 (At the fight on Round 6 w/Kor'arx)

OK. I need ICs and potential actions from Kanna and Ur'na. Neither of you have line of sight. You are both currently outside of this area where the baddie and high tower clearly are.

Kanna sweeps the room, it was a strange bio-pumping station of sorts.
His stab light spots HT slumped on the opposite wall. He wanted nothing more than to rush to his aid, but the abruptness felt off.

"Careful," he warns Ur'na, "This feels like a trap."

He looks towards every nook and cranny for whatever did this to HT. "Hold fast" he tells HT, "We will be with you shortly."

To answer your LINE question, Rapid Reaction would have been applicable here.

Per the hard target talent, since it charged, both shots against it are at -20 until the start of its initiative in the next round. Both miss.

The way things played out initiative wise, this is information I would have given Murc had I had it previously - and information I should have noted earlier. Because of that, I will give you the opportunity to take back your FP re-roll, should you choose. It is a bit meta, but this is my fault.

I essentially would like to get to High Tower to potentially get him working again. Since the thing is tied up in combat right now, I would think I could move towards him at least.

If not, lemme know and I will think of a new action.

Also, Marking something with the Markerlight says it takes a full action. Are we playing it like that still? I would assume since it grants a Full Aim bonus to everyone for 1 round.

IC: Taro knew Hightower needed aid and fast. He shuffles his way into the room, doing his best to ignore the creature they had engaged, solely putting his focus on the task at hand. He reaches the downed demiurg and immediately sets to work trying to undo the damage that had been wrought on him. He starts with a body scan to assess the damage and then immediately gets into his tools and gets to work.
